These Home Services Terms apply when you submit a quote request, provider-match request, account registration, verification request, appointment or service-request update, or customer-support inquiry through Price-Quotes or a participating Price-Quotes home-service website. The general Terms of Use continue to govern published research and website use. If the two conflict for a home-service request, these Home Services Terms control for that request.

By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to request service at the identified property, and have provided accurate contact and project information.

Price-Quotes may use your service need, location, timing, availability, provider standards, and operational signals to identify participating independent providers. We may share the information needed to respond to your request with matched providers and vendors that operate the matching, communications, security, or support systems.

A match is not an endorsement, guarantee of availability, promise of price, or assurance of workmanship. You are not required to hire a matched provider. Price-Quotes may receive referral or affiliate compensation when an introduction results in business, but compensation cannot alter published research findings or purchase favorable editorial treatment.

Participating providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Price-Quotes or Genxis. Any inspection, estimate, scope, schedule, permit, payment, warranty, contract, or service is between you and the provider you select. You are responsible for reviewing the provider's credentials, insurance, licenses where applicable, written scope, pricing, and contract before work begins.

Published price ranges are historical research context, not a personalized quote. Actual pricing can change based on property conditions, materials, labor, urgency, permits, taxes, access, and the provider's assessment.

When you provide contact information and request contact, Price-Quotes, its operational service providers, and matched participating providers may contact you about that request, verification, scheduling, status, or customer support using the channels you select or authorize. Consent to receive marketing is not required to request or purchase services. You may ask a caller to stop or use the contact information below to update your preferences.

Price-Quotes sends transactional text messages concerning verification codes, quote or provider-match requests, account activity, service-request administration, appointment updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Supported carriers may change. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Keep your mobile number current and notify us if it is reassigned. We may suspend or end the program, change its operating number, or update these terms, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Do not submit false identities, requests for property you are not authorized to manage, unlawful or abusive content, automated traffic, attempts to bypass security controls, or requests intended to harass providers or consumers. Price-Quotes may reject, limit, or close requests that present fraud, safety, legal, availability, or service-fit concerns.

Price-Quotes is not an emergency service. For immediate threats to life, safety, property, or utilities, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority.

We work to keep the matching and communications services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a provider response, a particular number of matches, or successful delivery of every call, email, or text. To the extent permitted by law, Price-Quotes and Genxis are not responsible for acts, omissions, statements, pricing, contracts, property damage, or services of independent providers.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, provider sharing, operational vendors, communications data, retention, and privacy choices. We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
