Personal information and specific project details are used only to deliver your request, support your experience, maintain safety, improve service quality, and generate aggregate operational analytics. Your request data, provider introductions, communications with providers, individual estimates, and completed matches are operational service records. They are not added to research datasets or used to establish published price ranges or satisfaction findings.

Price-Quotes conducts pricing research and satisfaction research at market level. This research helps consumers understand fair value and supports our vetting and matching team. Research data is kept separate from your personal and project information by design. Personal information and specific project details are never linked back to published research records, findings, pricing ranges, or satisfaction findings.

Submitted request data may be shared with matched participating providers and operational vendors who help us deliver the service. These parties are contractually limited to using your information only for the services we request. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for their own purposes or use it for advertising profiling. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
